How To Prepare

Latte (Iced or Hot)
  1. 1. Sift 3 g or 1.5 level teaspoons of Kansha Matcha.

  1. 2. Add 100 mL (3.4 oz) 80°C (175°F) water into a matcha bowl, or chawan.

  1. 3. Whisk vigorously 15 seconds, making an "M" shape.

  1. 4. Add 100 mL (3.4 oz) of milk and pour warmed milk into cup of your choice. Optionally add ice.
Usucha (Thin Tea)
  1. 1. Sift 2 g or 1 level teaspoon of Kansha Matcha.

  1. 2. Add 60 mL (2 oz) of 80°C (175°F) water into a matcha bowl, or chawan.

  1. 3. Whisk vigorously 15 seconds, making an "M" shape.

  1. 4. Enjoy it straight!
Koicha (Thick Tea)
  1. 1. Sift 4 g or 2 level teaspoon of Kansha Matcha.

  1. 2. Add 30 mL of 80°C (175°F) water into a matcha bowl, or chawan.

  1. 3. Knead slowly in a "J" shape, gently scraping the edges of the bowl to incorporate all the matcha and texture is glossy.

  1. 4. Enjoy it straight!
