Made from a blend of Samidori and Saemidori cultivars from one of the few Level 10 Chashi (master tea blender) in all of Japan, Kansha delivers intensity and depth in every sip. This ultra-rich matcha has a vibrant bright green color and is incredibly smooth with a pronounced rich chocolatey taste and pleasant umami in every sip. You'll want to savor every cup of this masterfully blended matcha.

How To Prepare
Latte (Iced or Hot)
- 1. Sift 3 g or 1.5 level teaspoons of Kansha Matcha.
- 2. Add 100 mL (3.4 oz) 80°C (175°F) water into a matcha bowl, or chawan.
- 3. Whisk vigorously 15 seconds, making an "M" shape.
- 4. Add 100 mL (3.4 oz) of milk and pour warmed milk into cup of your choice. Optionally add ice.
Usucha (Thin Tea)
- 1. Sift 2 g or 1 level teaspoon of Kansha Matcha.
- 2. Add 60 mL (2 oz) of 80°C (175°F) water into a matcha bowl, or chawan.
- 3. Whisk vigorously 15 seconds, making an "M" shape.
- 4. Enjoy it straight!
