Processing Time: 

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse. 

Shipping Time (Domestic):

Standard: 5-8 days

Express: 1-3 days

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 in the U.S. 

Note that once an order is placed, the shipping address is unable to be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

Shipping Time (International):

We use UPS as our international shipping provider. 

All international buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes. 

If you are located outside of the United States, your order may be subject to customs fees/taxes based on the retail value of the package. These fees are not determined or covered by Astrid Tea and are beyond our control.

If you have questions as to why you are billed certain import fees/taxes, or would like a more detailed outline of what to expect when your package arrives in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office or the courier that directly billed you.

What if my package is lost?

Don't stress! We suggest double checking around your property, mailbox, front desk/locker area, and with neighbors first. 
We partner with Route Shipping protection services to provide you with insurance for your package. If you decide to uncheck this box, then Astrid Tea is not responsible for providing a replacement or refund. 

If your order is marked delivered in the United States: It is recommended by the couriers to wait an additional 5 business days for delivery. It is very common for packages to be delivered a few days after initially being marked as delivered.

If your order is marked delivered outside of the United States: Couriers recommend waiting an additional 2 business days for delivery. If you still haven't received your package by the third business day, please proceed in opening a claim through your local courier.
