Due to food safety, we are unable to accept any returns on our tea products. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

My Order Arrived Damaged

If your product arrived damaged or defective please contact us at help@astridtea.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the damage. Once our team assesses the damage, we will contact you to let you know our decision or request more information. If your item qualifies, we will either issue a refund or store credit.
