How To Prepare
Latte (Iced or Hot)
- 1. Sift 3 g or 1.5 level teaspoons of Okita Matcha.
- 2. Add 100 mL (3.4 oz) 80°C (175°F) water into a matcha bowl, or chawan.
- 3. Whisk vigorously 15 seconds, making an "M" shape.
- 4. Add 100 mL (3.4 oz) of milk and pour warmed milk into cup of your choice. Optionally add ice.
Usucha (Thin Tea)
- 1. Sift 2 g or 1 level teaspoon of Okita Matcha.
- 2. Add 60 mL (2 oz) of 80°C (175°F) water into a matcha bowl, or chawan.
- 3. Whisk vigorously 15 seconds, making an "M" shape.
- 4. Enjoy it straight!
